To provide the rental management service: collection, invoicing and operational communication.

Processors

To provide the service we use these providers:

• AWS: hosting of the application and data in the us-east-1 region.
• Auth0 (Okta): identity and access.
• Meta (WhatsApp): messages with tenants.
• AWS SES: transactional email.

International transfer

Your data is hosted in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for as long as the tax and rental laws of each country require. The exact periods are pending legal review.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. The emails we send are transactional only: receipts, notices, invitations and account verification.
